At Moe Designer HTX, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. General Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items purchased directly from our website, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as quality control, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at purchase)
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at designerhtx@gmail.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s) in the original box or secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Important:

  • Do not ship any items back without contacting us first.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Consider using a tracked shipping service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, Moe Designer HTX may provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping, at our discretion.


5. Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color changes (if available)
  • Style changes within the same product category, subject to stock

Exchange conditions:

  • The original item must meet all return requirements.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

To request an exchange, email designerhtx@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want in exchange.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at designerhtx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item (if in stock)
  • Exchange for another item
  • Full or partial refund, depending on the situation

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We may make a deduction from the refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after being notified of approval:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at designerhtx@gmail.com.

9. International Orders (If Applicable)

For international customers (outside the United States):

  • Return shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.
